Edith Schneider has a MA degree in Art Pedagogy, Art History and Anthropology from the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, Germany. She has been a jewelry artist for 30+ years and has a store & studio blue lemon :: art to wear at the Carmel Plaza in Carmel, CA.
Edith is also involved with Deborah’s Palm, a women’s community center in downtown Palo Alto where she has a studio and teaches all her Palo Alto classes. Being a multi-disciplined artist she not only makes jewelry, she also has her own clothing line that she sells at her store. As a certified color consultant she also teaches the Color & Style class at Deborah’s Palm. With her experience of having her own business for 15+ years Edith also teaches Fashion Merchandising and Fashion Show Production at Cañada College and does entrepreneurship consultations for small businesses. In her spare time she teaches German classes, but that’s another story.
